It is hard not to be mesmerized by Deborah Lehnen’s voice. That discovery led guitarist Dan and drummer Erik to spend two years exchanging ideas and developing songs per correspondence with the Mauritius residing singer. Her move to Luxembourg in 2010 and bassist Jonah made it possible for Birdbones to develop into a full-fledged band and complete their lineup with Sid on the keys.

The quintet focuses on upfront live shows that draw inspiration from progressive rock, fusion and world music to blend a unique mix of powerful vocals and a solid groove.
